3. Formation of Contract

3.1 Acceptance

A contract is formed once we confirm your payment via email. Access to course materials will typically be provided within 24–48 hours.

You may also receive a QR code to create a digital CV. Any issues with this should be reported promptly.

3.2 Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse an order due to pricing errors, resource limitations, or other valid reasons. You will not be charged in such cases.

3.3 Global Availability

Our services are accessible worldwide. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

3.4 Additional Policies

These terms operate alongside other policies such as our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Description of Services

4.1 Service Overview

Our services provide access to our platform, enabling you to study courses and create a digital CV.

Note: Course materials are provided by third-party providers. We only facilitate access.

4.2 Digital CV

Your digital CV may be viewed by employers who pay to access candidate profiles. We do not guarantee job interviews or employment.

5. Changes Requested by You

If you wish to modify the services, contact us. We will inform you if changes are possible and any associated costs.

6. Changes by Us

6.1 Minor Updates

We may update services to:

  • Comply with legal requirements
  • Improve functionality or security
  • Adjust features or access

These changes will not significantly impact usage.

6.2 Major Changes

If significant changes occur (e.g., pricing), we will notify you. You may then choose to terminate the contract.

7. Service Delivery

7.1 Duration

Services begin upon acceptance and continue until terminated.

7.2 External Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

7.3 Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination.

7.4 Service Suspension

We may suspend services for:

7.5 Payment Issues

If payment is overdue by more than 14 days, we may suspend services and apply interest.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

8.1 Cooling-Off Period

Consumers may cancel within 14 days, provided course materials have not been accessed. A 5% administrative fee applies.

8.2 After 14 Days

No refunds are available after this period.

8.3 Valid Termination Reasons

You may receive a full refund if:

  • We make unacceptable changes
  • There is a pricing error
  • Services are unavailable for extended periods
  • We breach the contract

8.4 Other Cancellations

Ending without valid reason may result in reasonable charges.

9. Chargebacks & Fraud

9.1 Policy

Unjustified chargebacks are considered a breach of these terms.

9.2 Enforcement

  • Dispute claims with evidence
  • Suspend services
  • Take legal action

We encourage resolving disputes directly before initiating chargebacks.

10. Termination by Us

We may terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made

  • Terms are breached

We may recover reasonable costs in such cases.
